Copper Penny Lodge hosted a Car Show May 19. Society were invited to hold a 50/50 raffle. We made a profit of $53.00.
Notes of thanks were sent to Shawn Bryant (May meeting speaker); Bookseller, Inc. c/o Andrea Klein (Paul Miller materials); and Carol and Dean Scott (donated materials).
Received a letter of thanks for $50 donation from Packard Museum.
Received a letter from Dallas Woodal regarding ongoing tax exempt status.
Received a letter from Donald and Jeanette Scott with membership fee plus a donation for 2014.
Historical Marker spring dedication date and exact placement to be determined. Will coordinate with police/fire dedications.
Upcoming programs:Friends of Ohio Barns (October) and Idora Park (September) program.
The Historical Society purchased a voice recorder. A release form is needed.
Voted to put ad in Home Day program:

For Home Day Shirley Wajda will man the booth to distribute information, answer questions and take tickets for basket give-away. Society will host games at 1 PM. Lauren Worona will oversee tours in the cemetery.
The caretaker's building in the cemetery has a new slate roof. The Society received some old slates that we will sell at $5 each (Phil Pegg set aside leftover pieces.)
Society will send a $50.00 donation to Vienna Township Neighborhood Watch for work done to sign at center:

Lauren Worona and Ta Mara Conde will undertake repair work in the cemetery and on the Soldiers and Sailors Monument after Home Day.
